We are supporting people to get active this spring with some help from the NHS's Couch to 5km.
We will be providing support, advice, and a social media platform to help us take up running together.
We will taking on progressively challenging exercises and runs each week
(starting at a level everyone can join in with)
With those that complete the program meeting up with us on the 1st June to complete a 5km Parkrun
(more info on this below)
Support & Sustain will be there supporting, answering questions and giving advice every step of the way.
