Massage

Massages come in many forms but we are dedicated to leaving you feeling better than when you walked in.
We are different to many other places as all our staff have a high level of anatomical and pathological understanding. As such, they tailor each massage to your individual needs depending on what they find or what you report to them. The more you express your expectations, the better your experience will be.

We offer 3 levels of Intensity

Swedish

This is our lowest pressure massage and as such the most relaxing. It uses longer strokes rather than focal pressure on areas of concern.

Deep Tissue

This is our standard option. This focuses on areas of concern and works on resolving areas holding tension or causing discomfort.

Sports

This involves focused soft tissue release and may also include passive stretching, taping or other advice the therapist things will help with your areas of tension.

Pregnancy Massage

If you are pregnant please select this appointment type. The therapist has had additional training in keeping you comfortable and understanding the unique strains your body is being put under.
